II.  La nostra storia

Rooted in Puglia, made here.

Rebecca's is small, family-run and stubbornly old-school. Every loaf, sauce and tiramisù is made in-house each morning from recipes carried over in a battered notebook.

We cook with British-grown produce wherever we can, lean on Sicilian olive oil for everything else, and pull espresso to order from a 1962 Faema. No shortcuts, no microwaves.
